We will all experience grief in our lifetime, and it can be devastating. We’re here to help, offering the emotional support and information needed to navigate grief and bereavement. To donate, volunteer or raise money for us, please email our friendly fundraising team at fundraising@cruse.org.uk.

Story

So it's all done now and i can't beieve its over; I loved,(almost) every minute. Pain much of the way but thanks to the amazing support on the course, I got round with a smile on my face and promptly burst into tears at the end!

Please, please, please donate what you can and ask anyone you know to help. Cruse is a voluntary service that provides a really important and much needed service.

Over the years, through my work, I have referred many families to Cruse but never fully appreciated quite how much they really help. The counsillor I was allocated was amazing and got me through a very challenging time. All the support workers at Cruse are voluntary and for that reason I'd like to give something back and say thank you to everyone involved.
