In memory of Uncle Rob Warriner

Sepsis accounts for 48,000 deaths annually in the UK, that’s more than breast, bowel and prostate cancer put together. Sepsis is what happens when our immune system overreacts to an infection. Symptoms initially present as flu like but can rapidly deteriorate into a life threatening condition.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page for my Uncle: Rob Warriner who sadly passed away in December 2012 from a condition called sepsis.

My boyfriend Nobby Clarke, sister Wendy Riva, brother in law Franco Riva, I and a couple of other family members/friends will climb a Black Cuillin mountain on Saturday 15th June 2013 on the Isle of Skye. The reason for this particular mountain range is because it was Rob's favourite.

We are doing this for Rob, but also to raise awareness about the condition and increase donations to Sepsis Trust UK as this trust is not well known, and help other families who may be affected by this condition.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.

Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

We aiming to raise at least £1000 please dig deep and donate now.

Thank you in advance.
