Its that time of year again.......... the Cardiff Half awaits!

I have decided this year to run for a charity which helps me keep vulnerable children and families safe.

Cwtch baby bank provide baby equipment, clothing, toys and essentials to vulnerable families within Cardiff.

They are relatively new, but their service is so needed that they have rapidly expanded within the last year.

I use their service on a professional basis and am so impressed with the beautiful bundles they put together.

All this relies on the generosity of volunteers to sort the equipment, and the general public to donate their goods and equipment.

Cwtch is making such a difference to the lives of families, for me, it keeps babies safe by providing somewhere safe to sleep, something which I will never ever stop to advocate for.

A donation to help this charity would be most welcome, no matter how small.
