Well here we go again, a bloke nearly 50 taking on another immense cycling challenge around Somerset. I shall be taking part in the early season Beyond Somerset Sportive that takes in a particularly nasty climb up through Cheddar Gorge. 

This time its for a charity called Young Minds whose mission is to support children and teens suffering problems with their mental health. Its a tough world they live in these days and poor mental health in our youngsters is becoming a huge problem. With your support and my ageing legs, I hope to help them with their continuing good works. Aaron has asked me to do this and I did not hesitate to agree. Give all you can and in return I'll finish the course!
