This August I've signed up to take part in the Total Warrior 10k in the Lake District - the "toughest 10k on Earth" (http://www.totalwarrior.co.uk/)

I'll be taking on obstacles called 'human BBQ', 'the shocker', 'the widow maker', 'peaks of pain' and 'ball breaker' (among many more!) all in the name of St Catherines Hospice. They're a charity in Scarborough that do really great work for people with life limiting or life threatening conditions and their families.

So don't make me run through fire, electric shocks and neck-deep mud for nothing, please donate to this worthy cause! All donations, no matter how much, are greatly appreciated.
