Story
We love Yorkshire, we like being outside and we like to try and help others - so we've decided to combine all this and take on a charity challenge in aid of Rotherham Hospice.
We will be climbing a trio of summits, spanning 24 miles, in 12 hours on May 20 2017.
The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge covers the peaks of Pen-y-ghent (694 metres), Whernside (736 metres) and Ingleborough (723 metres) - including 5,200ft of ascent, eek!
We've been pumping lots of iron in preparation and will be tackling each one of the peaks separately in the lead up to the big day.
Rotherham Hospice is an independent charity that supports people affected by a terminal illness. The incredible hospice staff work very hard to make one of the most difficult times in people's lives that bit easier, either in their own home or within the hospice.
If you can spare any change it would be hugely appreciated and would really spur us on to know our friends and family were behind us and had donated their hard-earned cash to help the hospice's invaluable work continue.
