Craig Rees and Francis Mullett are taking part in the 'David Goggins' challenge. Starting at 4pm on Thursday 27th May, they will be running 4 miles every 4 hours with their final run being on Saturday 29th May at 12pm.
They will be hoping to raise funds for Brain Tumour Research.
In addition to asking for your donations, they would also really appreciate your support along the way, and invite you to walk, run, or cycle 4 miles during this time! Feel free to post your pictures and tag them in on social media!
