I will be taking part in a 2 hour spinning (static cycling) class on Friday 26th Feb 2010 (at Virgin Active Bank) to raise money for the Haiti Earthquake Appeal.  OMG I must be mad! (errr......yes to an extent but what a great way to be able to make a difference and get fitter at the same time - legs withstanding (or withspinning to be more precise!).  I don't have a target (apart from finishing the class and still being able to walk afterwards) so any contribution would really be appreciated.
