Advance Investments chosen charity for 2020 is the Royal United Hospital (RUH) in Bath, and most particularly the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).  The neonatal unit provides care for premature and sick term newborn babies.

In August 2019, our Finance Director, Jo, found out first-hand how fantastic the NICU team are when her baby boy was born 6 weeks premature weighing 4lb 3oz.  The NICU team provided exceptional care to baby Preston until he was able to go home as well as providing invaluable emotional support to Jo, Mark and big sister Annabelle at an incredibly challenging time.

This year, we are taking part in several challenges to raise funds for our chosen charity, the Bristol 10k run in May 2020, our annual challenge involving a team cycling to each employees house in October and a team challenge in June (to be confirmed!!)
