In the UK, 1 in 10 women will experience sexual violence in their lifetime. The Rape Crisis Centre provides invaluable support to survivors of such abuse, offering a range of services but ultimately offering a safe space for each and every individual who walks through their door . Unfortunately, this amazing organisation is massively underfunded and in need of your support.

I am a survivor of sexual violence. Words cannot express how grateful I am for the support I received from the Rape Crisis Centre. Without them, I could not have found my voice and discover how it is truly a force to be reckoned with.

In May, I will be running the Edinburgh half marathon for the Rape Crisis Centre. Any donation would be greatly appreciated.
