Hey there! So, I'll be partaking in my first ever Cardiff Half Marathon in October and will be raising money and awareness for Bawso, a non-profitable organisation who aid in providing help and specialist advice for those belonging to Black and Ethnic Minority backgrounds suffering from domestic abuse and all forms of violence including: female genital mutilation, forced marriages, honour based violence, modern day slavery and human trafficking.

Having done work experience with Bawso and knowing people who work for this organisation, I have seen first hand just how important their work is.
