Alan passed away on the morning of 29 March 2021 quietly and peacefully.  He had no illness to mention but he had struggled to cope since his wife Susan passed away in 2015.  Susan had received help and care through Marie Curie prior to her passing and Alan had always made monthly donations to them since then.  As such we think it is fitting that his funeral donations should go to a charity he supported.
