Acorns cared for our son, Harry, during his short life. 

Harry died in 2007, but without the help and support we as a family received from the hospice, our nightmare would have been a great deal worse. Acorns provide support not only for the child, but also for the whole family, including dedicated sibling support and grandparent support.

I have personally purchased a table of ten seats for Chris Pennell's testimonial day on Saturday 9th March*.  With Chris' approval, I'm raffling off two seats at the table and to the match from just £2 a ticket.  All proceeds will go directly to Acorns.  

£2 = 1 ticket

£8 = 1 x strip of 5 tickets

£20 = 3 x strips of 5 tickets

I will regularly check donations on this page, and I will Tweet you/email you/send a WhatsApp photo of your tickets.  They can also be collected if required, by mutual agreement.

The draw will be made at 17:00 on Sunday 3rd March to allow the winner to make any necessary arrangements.  Any donations after this time will still go to Acorns, but will not be eligible for the raffle.  Winners will be notified as soon as possible via Twitter and on this page.  I will also Tweet the video of the actual draw.   

Obviously, this campaign aims to promote Acorns, so I'm hoping for maximum publicity.  Entering the draw will mean you are happy to accept this.
