I’m taking part in the Battle Cancer CrossFit event on the 19th October in London. This is because I want to help to fight against cancer as it’s effected the lives of many people including friends of mine. My own Gran is a breast cancer survivor thanks to the wonderful work of the doctors & nurses of the NHS & Cancer Research UK. 

I want to be able to help fight against cancer & what better way than to compete in a CrossFit competition where every team will be raising money for a great cause. 

Even if you can only donate a small amount it might help to save someone else’s life from cancer so please give what you can.
