Thank you for taking time to visit my just giving page. I am raising money for Liverpool heart and chest hospital to raise awareness and support the amazing work that they do, this will allow others to be helped in the way that I was in my time of need. 

I was born with a congenital heart disease. In April 2022 I faced the biggest challenge of having open heart surgery again. This was by far the hardest thing I have ever done and I will be forever grateful for the amazing work that Liverpool heart and chest provided and the comfort they gave me in my most vulnerable time. 

I am challenging myself to run this 5k to build up my fitness again and raise money for Liverpool heart and chest hospital , as without their amazing work I wouldn’t be where I am today.
