We're helping raise money for Spear, a charity that helps the homeless secure accommodation, get effective support and helps them work towards their hopes and aspirations.

You all know how much Alex loves cycling, so although he clearly doesn't need any further encouragement for a 100 mile spin, he hopes that the power of the pedal can be put to good use to help support this local charity.
