Thanks for visiting my Just Giving Page. On 7th November I will be running the ING New York Marathon with a friend Peter Giacopazzi. All the training is pretty much done now other than a few small runs this week. On Friday the 5th November, Peter and I head for New York.

Priority for this week is to eat a lot of pasta, get as much sleep as possible and lay off the booze.....only one more week of alcohol free to endure !!
