Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

During the first lockdown I was challenged to take part in the 5K challenge.  I had never run before and took this up only to discover I really enjoyed the freedom and positive impact on my mental health that running had on me.  Since then I have been running between 2 and 6 times per week, clocking up hundreds of kilometres each month.

On the back of all this running I thought I would challenge myself to take part in my first ever half marathon and at the same time wanted to do it for a charity close to my own heart, the National Autistic Society.
