On Wednesday 10th July we are taking on the challenge of cycling 100km to raise funds for AFPST. The cycle will start from Hornsea on the East Coast and drop down into Hull, finishing in York. Those taking part have very limited experience so this will be a real accomplishment for all involved.

Staff in the SBL office will be matching the 100KM distance on exercise bikes on the day to help raise as much money as possible for AFPST.

The Armed Forces Para-Snowsport Team (AFPST), formerly CSDST, uses adaptive snowsports to enhance the recovery of the UK's wounded, injured and sick military personnel; both serving and veteran.It reintroduces the spirit of challenge and competition they were accustomed to in normal Service life.
