I am running the New Forest Marathon on September 22nd 2013. I'm running to raise money for Motor Neurone Disease Association. The website is http://www.mndassociation.org/. 

Recently a friend of mine was diagnosed with MND. I'm running to raise as much money as I can for this great charity and to show my support to him.

MND is a horrible,cruel disease and really needs much more awareness, help me by giving me as much support as you can.
