Hi everyone, I have decided to take part in the 2017 Prudential Ride London to Surrey 46 on Sunday 30th July to raise money for Guide Dogs UK.  I will be doing this 46 mile bike ride on a tandem bike with a friend of mine, Greg. Some of you may know I am on the waiting list for my own guide dog at the moment, so I wanted to show my support for this great charity in some way.  Now working in the sight loss charity sector, I have seen numerous times how life changing a guide dog is to someone with a visual impairment.  Having also been through part of the process it takes to get a guide dog, I have also seen first hand how great the work is by Guide Dogs, and I can't wait for the day when I get matched to a dog of my own and complete my journey with them.
