Story
Hello tiny beauties,
Welcome and many thanks for having a peek!!
I’m quite lazy but also super passionate about miscarriage awareness. Miscarriage is horrible, it can be incredibly sad, lonely, painful, distressing and nobody really talks about it. So many people are or know of somebody affected by miscarriage and yet it’s still some what of a taboo.
Since me and Jacob lost our three beautiful shining stars, I have tried to make a conscious effort to speak out about miscarriage and have those conversations. When we had ours, I remember feeling really incredibly lucky to have support from the most wonderful friends and family but also strangely alone. It felt like me and Jacob were alone in this bubble of grief for somebody very few people knew ever existed and the world continued turning whilst we quietly mourned. Everybody’s experiences are different but everybody deserves support, guidance and to feel like they can talk about their experiences. And that is why I am running 200 miles in 100 days for The Miscarriage Association.
On July 7th it will be exactly 100 days until the start of Baby Loss Awareness Week 2020 and I’m going to run my little socks off!! Your donations would be incredibly gratefully received to help fund The Miscarriage Association so they can continue their amazing work raising awareness and offering support and guidance for those in need.
Thank you thank you thank you so so much in advance!!!!!
