I am swimming the length of Wastwater, England's coldest and deepest lake, measuring just over 3 miles on the 8th October! This will be the furthest I have swam both open water and in a swimming pool- a huge and daunting challenge. 

Bay Aqua therapy, my local hydrotherapy charity, made a significant impact on my recovery following a serious road traffic accident six years ago. The charity is funded entirely by donations with the physiotherapists volunteering their time. There is no NHS hydrotherapy service in the local area. The charity is currently having financial difficulties and without our help may be forced to close their doors. 

Any donations no matter how small will be hugely appreciated.
