After living with cancer for 9 years, Tony found himself in the position to need & receive palliative care at home.

City hospice, in particular Clare his nurse, were a fantastic support to both Tony and myself. They helped him to live the best quality of life possible with the least pain, which considering his circumstances was incredible.
