CLAN gave me so much support on a weekly basis for a whole year after my cancer diagnosis in 2013 and were incredible with my young children.
My mum lost her battle with cancer when she was 34. There was nowhere like CLAN available to her, or to us as her young children at that time.
Let's keep CLAN going as it is vital to families who have to contend with cancer.
