Hello friends, I'm running the 10km 'Bolt around the Holt' race around Alice Holt Forest on Sat 27th March 2010 for the St Luke's Cancer Fund at the Royal Surrey Hospital. It is a cause close to my heart as thanks to them, my partner Neal is here today.

I have only run in 5km races before, and I am excited but daunted by the 10km and steep hills which lay ahead in wait...
