Like many other people this year I will be taking part in Bupa Great North Run - a shocking 13.1 miles!! The challenge for me will be to simply get from start to finish in one piece, easier said than done...and this will be my first ever attempt at a half marathon.  I am running for Epilepsy Action as like any charity all money is for a good cause so any amount will be vastly appreciated.
