When I was 17 and then again at 21, my world changed forever. In late 2021, my dad was diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma, a rare and aggressive cancer. From that moment on, life became a journey of strength, resilience, and holding onto every precious moment we could.

For years, he fought with incredible courage. Through the ups and downs, he never lost his determination, and we never lost hope. But in June 2025, his fight came to an end.

In those final days, Havens Hospices stepped in and made the most difficult time of our lives that little bit more bearable. They didn’t just care for my dad , they cared for all of us. They provided comfort, dignity, and compassion when we needed it most, making sure he was surrounded by peace and love.

This fundraiser is my way of saying thank you and helping them continue the incredible work they do for other families going through the same heartbreak.
