Earlier this year I ran the Brighton (not quite a) half marathon and I also plan to complete the Bournemouth Pier to Pier swim in July.  The Big Ride for Africa is a 200 mile cycle (360km) over two days in Cologne, Germany and I'll be taking part with over 500 other people.  Lessons for Life send children from some of the toughest places in Africa to school and support teachers and schools to give children the best possible chance in life. in 2017 the charity hopes to reach 20,000 children and community members.Lessons 

Post half marathon, 360km cycle and 2k swim I'm also planning to compete in the Swanage Triathlon to wrap up the year.  Your donation however small would be massively appreciated
