Story

30 days for 30 bikes

On June 1st 2020 my mates, Andy Coles and Damien Natale were cycling on a straight road between West Wycombe and Stokenchurch when they were driven into from behind and killed by Clifford Rennie who wasn't looking whilst travelling at over 50mph.

On the 3rd anniversary I am taking on 650 miles and 115,000 feet of climbing as a challenge. I am walking, not cycling as cycling just isn't the same anymore without them.

It's the distance from my house in Haddenham, Buckinghamshire to John O'Groats and like climbing Everest every week for 4 weeks - they loved a challenge.

The chosen charity for Allez Sportives their cycling business in 2020 was CFC and every £800 you help me raise will help another child living with cancer have the benefit of a specially adapted bike.  Andy and Dame never got the chance to deliver their amazing support and fundraising to Mike and the team at CFC, so I am going to do my best to walk in their shoes and hopefully raise enough for 30 bikes.
