Last year I lost one of my dearest and oldest friends to epilpesy. She had suffered few seizures in her life and was healthy and well when she died so suddenly. At 39 years old, making plans for her 40th birthday, her death came as a dreadful shock.  Katy was generous in every aspect of her life and supported many charities. When Katy died her parents asked for donations to be made to The Epilepsy Society  to further research and I would like to continue to support this initiative. When my muscles are sore, I know my tiny, beautiful friend will be shouting me on from above.  She was dynamite and always gave her very best - and that will keep me going! Thank you. X
