Story

Over the next few weeks, activities will be taking place both in the Swiss Re
UK offices and on the road through the Swiss Alps in support of our chosen
charity partner for 2017 - Alzheimer’s Society.

Altitude for Alzheimer's August 2017.

By donating to this page we are uniting against dementia and would really
appreciate your encouragement, support and most importantly, vital donations.

There are two main parts to the Altitude for Alzheimer's challenge:

ABROAD

Taking on an altitude gain of 6500m is tough, but so is beating dementia.

A team of 5 riders will be climbing 6500m altitude gain over 3 days through mountain passes including Brunig, Glaubenbuhl, Susten and Glimsel passes in
Switzerland during the 22, 23, and 24 August.

IN THE UK

The challenge in the UK will see employees take on bike challenges inside the Swiss Re offices. These will be supported by fundraising activities taking place in the weeks around the abroad challenge, there will be something for everyone to get involved in and something for everyone to support.

The challenge will see matched funding received from Swiss Re so PLEASE give generously and help us raise as much as possible.
