Hey, after a very challenging year across all my life areas I've decided to run a 10K marathon again after many years without competing, not only for me but for all people who suffers with the same destructive disorder as I do. 

Eating disorder is an unfair condition which has no cure but some treatments which help to get 'things' right back on track for a while (trust me, the "downs" happen more often than you expect and are forever). I will be supporting ABC Anorexia and Bulimia Care charity and donate my target of £3K for this specific cause.

You will see posts of myself training at my Instagram @amaguglielmino (10K probably sounds as bullshit for some of my fantastic and athletic friends but unfortunately after 13 years suffering with e.d my heart got weak) and I will also share some tips and fun situations about this journey until Edinburgh Marathon Festival in May.
