During M.E awareness week in May, i would like to help raise money for Invest In M.E for biomedical research into this very much misunderstood and debilitating illness.

I am hoping to raise money by aiming to walk to my bedroom door. It may not seem much but i have this illness severely and am bedbound in a nursing home, so it's my equivalent of climbing Mount Everest many times over and then some!

 

M.E is a vast and very isolating, chronic, neurological/multi systemic illness that has numerous symptoms and it can leave people bedbound, unable to tolerate any light and sound, tube fed, paralysed and in its very worst cases, can be life threatening.

There is currently no cure or real treatment for M.E, so raising money for biomedical research is so needed.

I would really, really appreciate your help in this cause no matter how small. Even a small donation could help change mine and many others' lives.
