As most family and friends will be aware Jacob & I spent time on the Neo-natal unit at Liverpool Women’s Hospital when he decided he couldn’t wait to meet us all! He was born at 34 weeks weighing 4lb 12ozs!

The staff were amazing! It’s difficult to describe the feelings of fear & panic when as a parent you are thinking, ‘We’re not ready for you yet’ We were so lucky as I got to stay with Jacob the whole time we were in hospital & the staff supported us through every step! They not only cared for Jacob, but they helped us to adapt to the sudden changes as a family! Having a premature baby is a scary time & I know we were so blessed as he went from strength to strength! 

Please give as much of as little as you can! We just want to recognise the excellent care & support the Neo-Natal Unit give all families unconditionally!
