National Autistic Society - Dare to Dive! · 31 March 2012 ·

The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people. There is still so much to do to increase opportunities, reduce social isolation and build a brighter future for autistic people. With your help, we can make it happen.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As some of you may already know Autism is close to our family's heart as Amanda's youngest son is on the Autistic Spectrum.

If we raise:

£50 it means ten people can use the National Autistic Society's Autism Helpline, a service giving vital support to people with Autism.

£100 it pays for a full diagnosis of a child at the NAS assessment centre.

£500 it buys gardening equipment for up to 50 adults at one their adult centres.

£1000 will replace play equipment for over 50 children at one of their schools.

£2500 will give a person with Asperger syndrome the opportunity for full-time supported employment with companies including Boots, HSBC, M&S and BT.

Obviously every little helps, and hopefully by us risking life and limb we will be helping to make the life of children and adults living both directly and indirectly with autism that little bit better.

Thanks in advance for your generosity.
