Story
Around two years ago, Amelia saw a story in a magazine/newspaper about a little girl who had donated her hair to The Little Princess Trust. Without hesitation she turned and asked me if she could do the same. We did some research and it was recommended that you grow your hair as long as possible so they could make some longer wigs for little girls that need them. And so we set upon a two year period of growing hair. As Pollyanna grew older she asked if she could do the same as her sister. Now the time has come to organise the big chop and raise lots of much needed pennies to send to the charity along with the hair donation. Please donate if you can as every penny really will help this worthy cause.
The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs free of charge to children and young people up to the age of 24 that have sadly lost their own hair due to cancer treatment and other illnesses. The Trust relies solely on the efforts of enthusiastic community fundraisers. We receive no formal funding. Please help to raise money for us so that we can help more families.
