Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Mental health something that is very close to my heart and a subject that I am very passionate about.

Some people may know that heights aren’t my favourite thing. However, I have decided to take part in a skydive and hopefully raise a little bit of cash for a very good cause.

Around since 1923, SAMH currently operates over 60 services in communities across Scotland providing mental health social care support, homelessness, addictions and employment services, among others.

These services together with our national programme work in See Me, respectme, suicide prevention, sport and physical activity; inform our policy and campaign work to influence positive social change.

We have had our fair share of heart breaks in Ayrshire and lack of funding and resources prevent early intervention from taking place. A small donation is all that is asked. A little can go a long way for a subject that effects us all.

An act of kindness no matter how small, may change or save a life 💗
