The Lakes 4 Peaks Challenge means climbing the 4 highest mountains in the Lake District over two days at the end of May.  Scafell, Scafell Pike, Helvellyn and Skiddaw.

The charity I'm doing it for is Racing Welfare.  They are a brilliant charity who support those in need who work within the thoroughbred industry.  They provide a huge range of help and offer professional guidance for anything from support through addiction, recovery from injuries or illness, mental health issues, to subsidised housing.  The work they do to help people who find themselves at a low point in their lives is invaluable.
