Story
This is a challenge for all ages and abilities. Think of an activity based around the numbers 1, 3 & 0 and complete it within the next twelve months.
It could be something as simple as running 1.3 miles, 130 minutes of yoga, or singing karaoke for 130 minutes - or on second thoughts, maybe just 1.3 minutes!
We are looking for Home Heroes and you can make it as fun or creative as you wish!
There are no rules (apart from the Government guidelines on how to exercise safely during this time). Whatever you can do, you can be part of it the main thing is getting active, having fun and donating whatever you can to help Child Action Northwest. Whether you're running around the garden for 1.3 miles, doing 130 press ups with the dog on your back or bench pressing 13 kilos with your kids, we would love you to get involved! You have 12 months to complete your challenge! Good Luck!
