I am taking part in the Heaton Park 5K on 20th August along with friends and family to remember my beautiful best friend, Sophie who sadly lost her battle with bowel cancer in March this year.

We all miss Sophie so much and because of her love of running, as a team, 'Anderson's Army,' we are aiming to raise as much as we can in her memory.

5K is a drop in the ocean compared to what Sophie achieved, even while undergoing treatment, but I would be so grateful for any sponsorship no matter how small.
