I am going to lose 5 stone in 2017 for two reasons - for my own health, I am overweight and very unfit and this way there will be no cheating! And secondly to raise money for this amazing hospital who saved the life of my Step Father following a horrendous accident in December 2016 - the care he received in the Critical Care Unit of this hospital left us all amazed, truly grateful and reassured during this traumatic time. Please donate whatever you can! All the £'s add up, and you never know when you will need this service! I am joining  Slimming World on 3/1/17 and give myself until 31.12.17 to reach my goal of 5 stone! I will post regular updates here but I can also be found in my journey on Facebook and Instagram!
