My Grandma, Kathleen, is currently living with Alzheimer's and has been superbly supported and cared for by my brilliant Mum, Sister and Brother-In-Law for the last 4 years.  

I'll be taking part in Outlaw Half Ironman distance races in both Nottingham and Norfolk.  Fundraising for these two events is my small way of adding to and honouring my family's efforts in everything they have done for my Grandma as her condition progressed. I hope it will also help to fund research that will aid people like my Grandma in the future.
