I'm running the 10k again this year to celebrate 60 years of HCPT, this year it falls on my mums birthday, she would have been 92 and was very proud of my involvement with HCPT.

Also on this day my friend Diane is paragliding for a cancer charity in Spain to remember a good friend of ours who died of cancer at Christmas time

So today is a very significant day for me
