In June 2016, I will be part of a team running from London to Cardiff (160 miles) in under 24 hours. Essentially, we'll each run around 16 miles. Unless you're like me and you volunteer to do 19. NINETEEN MILES.

Why would we do this, I hear you ask? Well, it's in order to raise money and awareness for an incredible charity: Innovate Trust - a Charity which supports and empowers people with disabilities, be they mental or physical, whether that is through employment training or providing emergency accommodation.
