On a freezing morning in late fall (autumn) 3 intrepid runners will be pounding the mean streets of New York to raise money for the British Lung Foundation. Think Coe, Cram and Ovett, Chariots of Fire or Friends "the one where they run a marathon" but with more creaking joints and hopefully no Paula Radcliffe's.  We are putting in a lot of hard graft at the moment and would really appreciate your support so please dig deep!
