Hello and thank you for visiting my JustGiving page.

I was delighted to learn I had been selected for a place in the London Marathon 2020, fundraising for BT’s charity partner, UNICEF.

UNICEF is the United Nations Children’s Fund, working in the world’s toughest places to reach the most disadvantaged children and adolescents – and to protect the rights of every child, everywhere.

As a keen runner this will be my 5th Marathon and the opportunity to run for Team UNICEF in the London Marathon is an exciting challenge, whilst raising funds for this vital cause. The most difficult part will be maintaining the  commitment to my training plan, 5 days a week, in the cold and grey wintry months ahead  in preparation for the gruelling 26.2 mile test.
