On the 28th May, I'll be taking part in my second Great Manchester Run. However, unlike last year, I'll be running a half marathon - twice the distance! In the process, I hope to raise money for the same local charity that I raised money for last year. Proud and Loud are doing great work to raise the awareness of disability and do so through thought provoking performances from the perspective of people living with a disability.

However, like all charities, they rely on donations to operate which is where hopefully you come in.
