I know I'm doing another ride for Help for Heroes but hope that you feel it is a worthy enough cause to donate again , or for the first time !

We've all observed the increasing number of Casualties coming home from Afghanistan and Iraq , and sadly they are only a few of the ones that are actually injured , and in great need of help from us.
