My lovely Dad was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer in November of last year, sadly by the time we found out it was cancer it had spread to his brain. After some research we found that only 1% of cancer research donations go towards Brain Tumours so this is why we have chosen this specific charity. 

Unfortunately my Dad lost his short battle with cancer in May 2019 after a good fight. We will run the 13.1 miles with him by our side  😇 

We are doing this not only for my Dad but for every other family that has been affected too and if we can hopefully help towards finding a cure.
